We are unable to take seat reservations, except for the pantomime
Exchanges Subject to availability, we may be able to exchange tickets for another performance. Ticket Exchanges will not be possible once the performance start time has passed.
ALL Children MUST have their own seat
Occasionally, events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. When this occurs, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable

E-Ticket - All tickets purchased online are now E-Tickets. Please bring a copy of your email confirmation.
Season Tickets
Season Tickets offer discounted prices for seats for our main season of plays, exluding the panto, on a first come first served basis.
The cost of a Season Ticket reduces proportionately as each play of the season finishes.
If a play is sold out before you are able to book your seat, we will refund a proportionate value of the overall Season Ticket price. It is at your discretion to ask for a refund in this case.
